Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of two pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $275 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged for one pet and $45 for two pets.
Breed restrictions include but are not limited to Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Hybrids. *(Including all American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, Pit Bull Bordeaux, and Fila Brasileiro.)
Service animals are exempt from pet deposits and breed restrictions.
